By accessing, viewing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by all the Terms of Use. If you do not agree to all the Terms of Use, you do not have the right to access, view or use the Website. Us Living may modify the Terms of Use from time to time, in the sole discretion of Us Living.  You are responsible for complying with the most current version of the Terms of Use posted on the Website. Cancellation and Payment Timing

For Stays/Leases of thirty (30) consecutive days or longer, cancellation must occur no fewer than 28 days prior to check-in. Credit card payment for the lease/reservation is collected upon booking and or lease signing. If reservation is confirmed within 28-days of check-in, full payment is due upon booking confirmation.

When you book on other sites, you’ll likely encounter stricter cancellation policies. Always make sure to check a site’s cancellation policy before booking and reach out to them directly if you have questions.

Use of Copyrighted Materials/Trademarks
